· SOUP & SANDWICH – Choose
from chilled cream soups: Cucumber, Strawberry, Curry Apple. Hot
Soups: Potato Cheese or Broccoli Southwest Cheese. (More added in
season) Served with a green salad and helping of chicken salad
or a Turkey Cheese Melt sandwich.
· POPPY SEED CHICKEN – Cubes of chicken breast,
baked with rice and veggies in a creamy poppy seed sauce. This hot
dish is topped with crunchy buttered crackers. A real hit.
Served with a salad on the side and Holly Hill Herb Bread.
· QUICHE – Offering several delicious fillings,
you might select shrimp, ham or spinach. All are equally as good
and baked up with mushrooms and black olives in a tender pastry. Served
with a fresh salad in vinaigrette and muffins.
· FIESTA SALAD – This salad is often requested
at Holly Hill. A colorful plate of fresh greens topped with black
beans, corn, carrots, green onions, tomatoes and seasoned grilled chicken.
Accompanied with crispy triangle crackers, covered in melted Jack cheese.
Sorry, I can only serve this salad for groups of 12 or under.
· CHICKEN SALAD COMBO – A special fruited
chicken salad that includes grapes, almonds and pineapple, served with
a choice of two additional salads. Choose from Apple Walnut, Pepper
Pasta, Fancy Spinach or Copper Penny. Served with muffins, rolls or
crispy Herb Toasts.
· BOWTIE SHRIMP SALAD – This is an unusual
and delicious salad. Bowtie pasta, salad shrimp, olives, celery,
onion and dill pickle combined with a creamy spiced dressing and piled in
a cup of fresh lettuce. Served with mouth watering Holly Hill Herb
Bread and marinated baby carrots.
· PASTA IN ALFREDO – A popular dish with crisp
tender veggies and chicken in creamy sauce. Served with a green
salad and fresh poppy seed dressing. Herb bread on the side.
· DESSERTS – Most any dessert that you request or choose from the following:
Chocolate Ice Cream Roll, Blueberry Cobbler, Coconut Sweet Potato Pie, Apple Crisp with Vanilla Cream, Pound Cake with Fruit Sauce,
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake, Cream Cheese Pecan Pie, Low Cal. Frozen Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip Cheesecake.
Please choose one dish and one dessert for your group.
Groups of less than four may be limited on dessert choices.
